Dr Cesar Muñoz

About Me

Cesar was born in Valencia, Spain. From childhood he developed an interest in oral health. At 18 he entered University of Valencia (Spain), graduating in 2008. He practised general private dentistry in Spain where he found his life’s true vocation, endodontics. He assisted in many courses related to root canal treatments (pulp diseases and dental abcess) and after passing a rigurous screening process he was selected for 2- years specialist training in Endodontics (Endodontist Post-graduate Degree) at University of Valencia. During that time, he has been committed to improving his skills and has attended numerous advanced courses and seminars to further his knowledge on subjects (periodontal (gums) courses, as well as aesthetic and restorative courses) just to keep himself up-to-date. He has wide knowledge in dental bleaching and whitening techniques, where he gained a very important diploma accreditted by ADEIT (2010).

Cesar is also keen on researching, and he is waiting to publish his article ‘Oval fiber post do not improve adjustment against circular post to canal walls in oval‐shaped canals’ for Journal of Endodontics (JOE), one of the most important endodontic journals. In addition, he has attended to a wide range of conferences like XXXI Spanish Annual Endodontic Conference, where he lectured about Endodontic Treatments and Restoration. Cesar is concerned about dental pulp problems and their treatment, trying his best to keep the pulp healthy and avoid extractring the tooth. Sometimes, after RCTs and traumatic injuries the tooth gets darker, where Cesar is specialized in whitening therapies.

Nowadays, Cesar is living in London and is working in private practices in Central London. In his spare time, he tries to avoid clinical stress running, reading, travelling and meeting with friends.

Sobre Mí

César se crió en Valencia, España. Desde su niñez empezo a tener un inquietante interés por la salud oral. Una vez cumplidos los 18 años, alcanzó su sueño y tras estudiar 5 años obtuvo la Lic de Odontología por la Universitat de València en 2008.

Tras empezar a trabajar como dentista general en clínicas privadas en España fue donde descubrió la vocación de su vida. La Endodoncia. Así pues, asistió a diversos cursos de tratamiento de conductos (enfermedades pulpares y flemones) y tras pasar un rigurosa prueba de acceso fue seleccionado para realizar un postgrado de 2 años en la misma Universitat de València

Durante este periodo, ha seguido mejorando sus habilidades y ha asistido a numerosos cursos y seminarios para mejorar sus conocimientos en diferentes campos (Cursos de Periodoncia, Estética y Rehabilitación Oral) y mantenerse actualizado en todo momento con los últimos avances y tecnologías. Él también tiene un amplio conocimiento en blanqueamiento dental, donde obtuvo el diploma acreditado por ADEIT (2010).

César también esta interesando en el campo de la investigación, y está esperando la publicación de uno de sus artículos ‘Oval fiber post do not improve adjustment against circular post to canal walls in oval‐shaped canals’ para la famosa revista de endodoncia Journal of Endodontics (JOE)

Además, sigue asistiendo a numerosas conferencias como la Reunión Anual de la Asociación Española de Endodoncia, en la cual fue un conferenciante.

A César le preocupan los problemas de la pulpa y su tratamiento, intentando lo mejor para mantener la vitalidad del diente y evitar su extracción.

En la actualidad, César vive en Londres y trabaja en diversas clínicas privadas en la zona central de Londres.

Su tiempo libre suele ocuparlo corriendo, leyendo, viajando y quedando con amigos.
